ESM Compliance can prepare or update a Maintenance Determination / Maintenance Schedule by a Registered Building Surveyor as permitted under Regulation 219. We can create a consolidated list of ESMs and their maintenance requirements from existing Occupancy Permits or Maintenance Determinations. This consolidated document is known as a Maintenance Schedule.
When creating a Maintenance Schedule, it is a requirement that any Essential Safety Measure (ESM) that exists for the building or place of public entertainment (when making the schedule) is listed along with the maintenance requirements that relates to it. ESMs are to be listed in chronological order to the date on which each ESM was required to be provided under the Act or Regulations or any previsions corresponding Act or Regulations.
